Dear Customers We are committed to eliminating bugs and shortcomings in the shortest possible time. We can serve you better and faster if you provide us with the following information in case of problems or errors messages: Each measurement that is not correct and / or issued an error message should be saved as an individual measurement file. In case of problems with the "Combiner," all individual measurement files need to saved. You can save each measurement made with the "File | Save" menu command. It is simpler, however, to turn on the "AutoSave" feature for the "Combiner" - please see the iSAR System Handbook for more information, specifically the chapter called "Auto-Save and Logging", for more details on this. For analysis, pack the contents of the whole iSAR application folder (usually \Program Files\iSAR 2.x.x.x) into a ZIP archive file and send it to us. This lets us reproduce your complete environment, including setup, calibrations and preferences. The size of the archive will typically be around 57 MBytes. This can be greatly reduced by removing the 'iSAR_System_Handbook_vx.x.pdf' and all '.3DS' file types from the ZIP archive. Also include all .iSAR measurement files to be analyzed. To make a compressed ZIP copy of the iSAR application folder in Windows Explorer, you can right-click on the iSAR folder and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. The compressed folder gets the same name as the original, but with a .zip name extension. You may then add measurement files to this archive by dragging their file icons into the zipped folder. Along with the ZIP file, please add a brief description of the problem, and send all that to support@speag.com. Your satisfaction with our product is of greatest importance to us!
