* Short summary of measurement capability of the dielectric probe for thin layers of solids and liquids in small volumes . More details are specified in the Scope of Calibration.

Calibration Procedure SPEAG has been accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Service METAS according to ISO 17025 to conduct traceable calibration of DAK-TL from 4 MHz to 67 GHz (range dependent on DAK-TL beam type). Dielectric measurements with known uncertainty are important for many applications, e.g., for SAR measurements and therefore calibration is required.
